RESERVATIONS AT GRACE

Grace Fellowship offers reservations within the parameters of our Core Focus: To Help People Experience Grace.

RESERVATION REQUEST

Spaces and Resources Available to Reserve:

  • Gym

  • Room 260

  • Room 262

  • Room 264

  • Room 268

  • Fireside Room (269)

Response procedure:

  • Fill out Reservation Request Form (see below)

  • Receive email follow up from Grace Staff

  • Send in group Liability Insurance and a signed Grace Fellowship Building Usage Agreement

  • All reservations will be processed in order, first come first served

Space Usage:

  • The time you are requesting reservation space needs to include the total time duration: set up, event time, clean up.

  • We build in a grace period of 15 minutes of leaving time between reservation groups.

  • Each Classroom has a standard room plan. If the reserver would prefer a different seating arrangement, then the reserver may rearrange the room for their reservation period and return the room to the standard room plan when finished.

  • Grace Fellowship will vacuum, clean tables, and empty garbage before and between reservations.

  • Projects using liquids and messy products must be pre-approved. Glitter and party confetti is not allowed.

  • Liability Insurance is required for all Non-Grace Ministry groups.

GYM RESERVATION

Our gym has 2 basketball courts and a curtain in the center that can be lowered to separate them. You can reserve the full gym or the curtain will be lowered and 2 groups can reserve either side of the gym at the same time.

We have 6 basketball hoops; The 4 that are North/South facing are stationary and the 2 that are East/West facing can be lifted.

There are 2 sets of floor plates for Volleyball Nets.

CLASSROOM RESERVATION

Each classroom has room usage, room set up, tech instructions, & emergency routes posted on the walls.

The TV’s have HDMI or USB ports. Or you can cast from your phone or laptop.

Rooms 264 & 268 have a movable wall between them that can be opened to create a larger space.
