Prayer
At Grace Fellowship, we believe in the power of prayer to transform lives and draw us closer to God.
This page is here to help you connect with God—whether you’re learning how to pray, exploring what the Bible says about prayer, or simply taking a quiet moment to reflect wherever you are. Life brings both storms and celebrations, and in every season, God is near. Take a breath, pause, and pray. Remember, He hears you—and if you need someone to pray with you, we’re here for you.
"Come near to God and he will come near to you." — James 4:8 (NIV)
How do we Pray?
Prayer isn’t complicated — but sometimes we don’t know where to start. In this week’s video, we walk through simple, biblical steps for talking with God, creating space to listen, and learning to pray with confidence. We also share an easy way to remember how to pray using the ACTS acronym — Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication. Take a moment to watch, reflect, and invite God into your day.
Praying in the Waiting
Waiting seasons can be some of the hardest moments in life. When answers feel delayed and nothing seems to be changing, it’s easy to feel discouraged or even forgotten. But the waiting isn’t wasted.
In this video, we talk about how to pray in the waiting using the simple but powerful acronym PUSH — Pray Until Something Happens.
This doesn’t mean we pray to force outcomes, but that we stay persistent, faithful, and connected to God even when we don’t see immediate results. Prayer shifts our perspective, strengthens our faith, and reminds us that God is always working—especially in the waiting.

He hears you, He’s with you, and He cares deeply about what you’re walking through.
Prayer Requests
At Grace Fellowship, we believe no one should carry their burdens alone. Our team—and our entire church family—would be honored to pray with you and for you. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’d like; your name and email are completely optional.
If you simply want prayer, just let us know your request below.
If you’d like a Care Pastor or someone from our team to reach out, feel free to include your contact information—we’re here for you, ready to listen, encourage, and walk with you.
Scripture
There is power in praying God’s Word. When we speak His promises over our lives, we align our hearts with truth, strengthen our faith, and invite God to move in ways only He can. Use these verses as declarations—read them aloud, meditate on them, and let them guide your prayers. As you pray Scripture, believe that God is with you, working in you, and faithful to keep His promises.
-
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you… Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
Prayer: Jesus, fill my mind and heart with Your peace today. -
“Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength… they will run and not grow weary.”
Prayer: Lord, renew my strength and help me keep going. -
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart… and He will make your paths straight.”
Prayer: God, I trust You. Lead me in the way I should go. -
“Do not be afraid… for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Prayer: God, thank You for being with me in every step I take. -
“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.”
Prayer: Lord, provide what I need today — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. -
“Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.”
Prayer: God, be my shelter and my protection today. -
