Funeral Service FAQ’S

  • Submit the Funeral Information Request Form and a Grace Fellowship funeral coordinator will contact you with next steps.

  • Funeral services at Grace Fellowship are available for church members Non-member requests may be considered based on availability and pastoral approval.

  • Funeral services are generally available Tuesday–Thursday from 9:00am–4:00pm, with rare exceptions made based on availability. We recommend a 10:00am viewing followed by an 11:00am service time when possible.

  • Yes, a Grace Fellowship pastor may be available to officiate based on availability. Off-site officiating requests may also be accommodated upon request

  • Yes, with prior approval.

  • • Worship space

    • Tables and chairs (if needed)

  • Capacity depends on the space used. The coordinator will help determine best fit.

  • Service Fees:

    • Pastor honorarium: $200

    • Funeral coordinator: $200

    • Sound technician: $100-$400

    Optional costs:

    Video slideshow or memorial compilation:

    • $75 for up to 3 hours

    • $150 for up to 6 hours

    For best quality, we recommend submitting videos and photos in MP4 or MOV format with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

  • Payment is due on or before the day of the service. Grace Fellowship accepts payment by check, cash, or online payment.

  • Yes. You may submit your payment using the Grace Fellowship Funeral Payment Form.

  • Grace Fellowship Church does not have kitchen facilities and therefore is unable to provide food preparation services. Families are welcome to bring in store-bought packaged snacks, cookies, cakes, bars, fruit trays, chips, and similar items for a reception or luncheon.

    If the family would like to utilize food delivery or catering from a local restaurant, please consult with the Funeral Care Coordinator in advance.

    We recommend using disposable paper products such as paper plates, plastic utensils, and napkins, which should be provided by the family. It is also helpful for the family to designate a few individuals to assist with setting out and cleaning up food items following the reception.
